Certified Angus Beef brand pops up in NYC
The Certified Angus Beef brand spent 27 days in New York City’s famed Chelsea Market as partners with the James Beard Foundation popup store, JBFLTD. The Wooster-based nonprofit used the opportunity to educate consumers on the beef industry and to give them a taste of the best beef available. Chef Craig Deihl, from Cypress in Charleston, S.C., and Certified Angus Beef brand Chef Scott Popovic hosted a dinner for consumers and media featuring the brand. Visitors to the store also met the brand’s iconic bull, which was signed by a number of celebrities who passed through the space.
