On July 30, Quality Deer Management Co-ops (QDMA) from Holmes, Coshocton, Knox, Wayne, and Licking counties met near Tiverton Center for the first annual multi co-op information sharing and education event.
The QDMA mission is to provide information to interested hunters and land owners about ways to better manage their properties and improve the deer herds in their area. Eric Long, owner of Drumming Log Wildlife Management, oversaw the event and individuals from each co-op spoke about the successes and challenges of their particular co-op.
