Kohlmyer secures grant for TVN
Kenneth J. Kohlmyer, of Wooster, secured a $1,000 grant from the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation (MDRT) on behalf of The Village Network (TVN). Kohlmyer, a local investment advisor, is an eight-year MDRT member. The grant dollars support staff training across all TVN networks.
The MDRT Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Million Dollar Round Table, The Premier Association of Financial Professionals. It was created in 1959 to provide MDRT members with a means to give back to their communities.
Since its inception, the foundation has donated more than $26 million in 80 countries around the world and in all 50 U.S. states. The majority of these funds were raised by MDRT members from MDRT members.
Kohlmyer is a longtime supporter of TVN. In addition to nominating and endorsing the agency for the grant, he sponsors a team in TVN’s annual golf outing.
