Ervin Hostetler
Ervin A. Hostetler, 86, of Mt. Eaton, died Dec. 5, 2011, at the home of his nephew, Willis Miller.
Ervin was born August 27, 1925, in Holmes County, to the late Abe J. and Sarah Hochstetler. He retired from Wayne-Dalton and was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving are a sister, Ida Troyer of Knoxville, Tenn.; brother, Raymond (Marie) Hochstetler of Sarasota, Fla.; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Verna E. Hostetler, whom he married Nov. 22, 1949; and sisters, Esther Shetler and Anne Hochstetler.
Services will be held Dec. 7, at 9 a.m., at the Dennis Keim residence, with Bishop Joe Nisley officiating. Burial will be in the Miller Family Cemetery near Mt. Eaton. Friends may call anytime after 10 a.m. on Dec. 8, at the Pier.
Spidell Funeral Home, Mt. Eaton, is handling arrangements.
