On hand for the event were members of Renacci’s staff from his local office in Canton, including Thomas Queen, community relations coordinator, and David Dobo, constituent service representative.
Renacci’s staff members were available to provide assistance to constituents on a variety of services and issues, including Medicare, Veterans Affairs, Social Security, the Internal Revenue Service and matters regarding federal legislation.
“These mobile offices will provide residents of the 16th District an opportunity to meet with members of my staff and discuss matters that are important to them,” said Renacci in a press statement.
“Providing constituent services is a responsibility I take very seriously,” said Renacci, adding, “my goal is to ensure my office’s services are of the highest quality and are as convenient as possible for the people we serve.”
In addition to the stop in Wooster, the mobile office also made a stop at the Medina County District Library in downtown Medina Jan. 25.
Queen noted that Renacci would like to hold additional mobile office sessions in the future in order to bring the office’s services to the people.
According to Dobo, constituents who need assistance who were unable to attend the mobile office event may contact Heidi Matthews, constituent service director, in the Canton office by calling 330-489-4414.
