Born Nov. 10, 1942, in Dennison, Kenneth was a son of Grace Otto of Tuscarawas and the late Kenneth E. Otto I. He served his country with the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. After his discharge, he was employed at GTE for 25 years until his retirement in 1993. Following his retirement, he worked at Kent State Tuscarawas for many years.
Kenneth was a gifted craftsman and an excellent woodworker who could build or fix most anything.
A wonderful and loving husband, father, and grandfather, Kenneth will be sadly missed by his wife of 48 years, Alice Otto, whom he married Oct. 17, 1963; children, Kenneth (Amy) Otto III of Newcomerstown and Jenni (Alan) German of New Philadelphia; brothers, Jim (Lora) Otto of Tennessee and Dan (Marcie) Otto of Wooster; sister, Jean (Vaughn) Stull of Uhrichsville; and grandchildren, Alaina and Alyssa German.
Cremation has been entrusted to Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory, New Philadelphia. Private family services will be held at a later date.
